General Questions

How do I find out more about the show?
We regularly post news and information on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Make sure you follow us on social media and visit our website occasionally to keep up to date. If you have any questions, you can always contact us directly.
Can I use my camera or video camera at the show?
Yes. You’ll make some great memories at the show so please do capture them with your camera.
If you post any pictures or videos on social media please use the hashtags #ReadiBrick and #ReadingBrickShow
Can I eat at the show?
No. Please do not eat in the show hall.
Can my child visit the show on their own?
Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can my child bring their LEGO model with them to the show?
No. Please do not arrive with your own LEGO models. We have a number of interactive games and opportunities to build with LEGO.
Can we take home any LEGO creations we build at the show?
No. The LEGO provided for play and building during the show must be left at the show when you leave. It is needed for future events.
There will be a number of marketplace stalls selling LEGO products which you may take home.
What time is the last entrance to the show?
Please adhere to the times printed on your ticket.  We have a timed entry restriction on tickets. Each ticket allows the purchaser 3 hours to enjoy the show.

Ticket Questions

Can I buy a ticket on the door?
Tickets must be purchased in advance via this website. If we do not sell out, then you may be able to pay for show entry on the door, however entry is not be guaranteed without a prepaid ticket.
Is my contact and payment information secure?
Yes your contact and payment information is securely managed by PayPal. The Reading Brick Show (operated by You-Superstar Limited) will not receive your payment card information. All contact information and customer communication is held securely in compliance with our data privacy policy.
Will my infant need a ticket?
Children aged under 3 do not need a ticket. They may enter the show with their parent or guardian.
Everyone else will need to buy a ticket.
I didn't receive my ticket confirmation after completing the booking process. What do I do?
Please immediately check your payment card transactions to see if the payment has been processed. If payment was taken then get in contact with erica@readibrick.com to complete the ticketing process.
I purchased a ticket for the wrong day, can I change my ticket?
All ticket sales are final. However if you contact us at least 48 hours in advance of the weekend event we will endeavour to help switch your entrance day.

Accessibility

Is the event venue accessible for those with special needs?
Yes. The show has wide access entrances and flat floors to allow for wheelchair access. There are ramps outside the front of the building and within the main reception area. All exhibits are on the ground floor. There is disabled parking directly outside the entrance.
There will be seating in the robot arena area if you need to take a break and relax. For those visitors who struggle in crowded or noisy rooms we recommend buying a Sunday ticket and visiting in the afternoon as it is normally the quietest time.
How do I get to the Reading Brick Show?
We recommend taking the 21 bus which stops directly outside Loddon Valley Leisure Centre. Parking at the leisure centre and Chalfont Park overflow car parks is limited.
Is there a public bus service to get to the Reading Brick Show?
Yes, the bus route you will need is the number 21 and leaves from various points around Reading town centre. It runs every 20 minutes on Saturday and Sunday. More information on local bus services can be found on the Reading Buses website.
Is there a charge for parking at the Reading Brick Show?
No, there is free a car park at Loddon Valley but the centre will be open to swimmers and other people visiting the leisure centre so it may be busy. There is overflow car parking available at the Chalfont Park Car Park, situated on the other side of Asda. Both car parks are free to park in. Please do not park in the Asda car park.
